How it works

Eight things, in this order

Nothing here is exotic. It is the ordinary marketing job for a pizza location, done in the right sequence with the measurement attached from the beginning rather than added afterwards.

01
Connect the fileOrders, customers, channels and tickets from your ordering system and POS. Identification rate is the number that gates everything else, so it is the first thing we measure and the first thing we fix.
02
Build the gridRecency, frequency, ticket, channel, daypart and menu affinity, recomputed nightly. Personal lapse thresholds from each customer's own median interval, de-seasonalised so January does not lie to you.
03
Set the cadenceContact frequency anchored to order rhythm, capped globally across every channel and campaign type, with an explicit priority order for what gets dropped when the cap is hit.
04
Run the journeysSecond order, welcome, drift, win-back ladder, birthday, habit builder, post-catering. Entry, exit and suppression rules that stop a win-back landing the day after someone came back.
05
Issue value forwardDeferred discounting with windows matched to each customer's rhythm. Issuance and redemption tracked separately, outstanding face value carried as a liability.
06
Hold some outA slice of every eligible audience never receives the campaign. The difference is the answer. Two columns in every report: attributed, and incremental.
07
Work the trade areaDrive-time polygons, penetration by carrier route, and the physical channels aimed at the routes where you sit between 5% and 12%, not at everything within three miles.
08
Plan the yearFixture lists, school terms, weather triggers and your own demand curve, laid over each other. Seventy per cent booked, thirty per cent held back for whatever happens.

What you get

A plan, the numbers under it, and someone who answers the phone

Access is by invitation. We look at your order data first, agree what the first quarter should do, and set it running. After that the daily work is not yours: what you spend time on is deciding the offers and reading what came back.

  • A weekly plan per store you can act on without rebuilding it
  • Every campaign measured against a holdout, reported in dollars
  • The quiet weeks worked, not just the ones that were busy anyway
  • One set of numbers the whole team works from
  • People who know pizza, not a support queue
